do these grades beat Mile High?

Some of them certainly do. I believe those Catman 27, 29 and 32 are the very best, among a few other Timelys shown.

I remember a long long time ago I was on a quest to get the very best of that LB Cole run.

That Catman V3 #2 9.6 Promise ped. is tied with the MH copy. The gloss makes that book a very 3D looking cover seen in person. Its a very cool effect.

In all seriousness though, they could call this the Magical Rainbow Collection With Pink Sprinkles and it would still be the craziest thing I have seen in a decade.

I've only been paying attention to stuff like this for a decade or so.

Be less old, old-timer. :baiting:

How does this impact midgrade copies of these books?

Does a rising tide lift all ships or are these books so special and once in a lifetime that they do not severely impact the already highly priced market?

A rising tide will likely lift all ships. What’s more (imho) is this will bring a giant spotlight to golden age books that have largely been able to avoid it. Could cause a major price correction up for all of the golden age to be more inline with where they should be given the silver/copper/modern age explosion in price.
