'KEY' has become the most over-used & mis-used word in selling a comic 0

I hate that the word KEY gets thrown around so easily in comic collecting these days.  Ebay is rife with it. 

I remember at a show there was a vendor selling a Power Man issue (I believe #25), and he had some asinine price on it, because it was a 'KEY' 2nd appearance of Black Goliath.

Using the word key is the only way to fool newbs into buying overstock.

Don't forget the ebay guys who use 'rare' for common issues.
