Man,  this one has it all!  The initials,  the sig,  the x,  the capital  letter B in pencil...twice, yet!
All it lacks is the pencil five point star and the stamp  T,  

Spine roll,   foxing along  the lower spine FC, light dogear lower RH FC, some general wear, small tear LH edge BC. 
Tight,  good gloss,  white pages.
