Tough choice for me.

I voted DD1. It was a first appearance and I'm partial to the character.

BB28 has a solid case though.  A much earlier cover date and that first real super team.  I'll be curious to see what others say.

If we are to take our legends seriously, B&B 28 directly influenced Martin Goodman and Stan to create the Fantastic Four, so it might be the most influential book ever.

Daredevil is a minor key,  If it weren't for the turtles Matt was carrying, his story would have long been forgotten.

What’s the bigger SA key in terms of value and historical significance?

Brave and the Bold 28

or

Daredevil 1

Only a crazed Marvel Zombie would pick DD 1. BB28 may be the 2nd or 3rd most important book in the silver age, next to S4 and FF1.

Let's try this again, less snarky this time!      We need to look beyond the numbers ($).  DD1 has seen a sustained spike in a valuation, which folks as late as December attributed to the book having been undervalued for a long time (not a sudden transformation into something it has never been).  DD, as cool as he is, has always been considered a MINOR key, not even second tier.  Look everywhere (on the internet, these boards, ANYWHERE), and you will find this to be true.   Why?  DD has no superpowers, and DD stories rarely ever went beyond him.  He was never part of a team and rarely did crossovers, and, Earth-bound as he was, rarely concerned himself with the cosmic side of things even long after Marvel embraced space/aliens starting in the learly 1960s.  That is why, despite however many TV shows and a couple of movies, DD1 remains unequivocally a MINOR Silver Age key.

BB28 was the book that introduced the first team of traditional superheroes in the Silver Age, and by Marvel greats' own admission (including Stan Lee), BB28 compelled Marvel to create the Fantastic Four in FF1 just to remain relevant at a very difficult time in Marvel's history.  We are talking make or break here.  In case you haven't noticed, team-based storylines have defined the MCU for almost two decades now and counting via more Avengers, Guardians, and now also entire new phases  lasting decades revolving around teams like FF and likely XM eventually.  All because of BB28!

Valuation a mega-key not make.   It just makes a MINOR key more expensive.  That's all.

You can't get much more mega-key than BB28, whether you are a DC or Marvel fan.  So the "bigger SA key" by importance is BB28, whatever the valuation of DD1, now or ever.
