USPS delivering to CGC, and CGC logging the package into their system are 2 completely different things.

You are being super unhelpful. OP is talking about a feature on CGC’s website, which is redundant because it is intended to tell you when you package was delivered and in the hands of CGC, but essentially functions the same as when the packaged is received or processed by CGC. The feature isn’t working as intended, supposed to be an assurance the package was successfully delivered, not that it has been opened and the process has begun.

I don’t know why you would reply if you don’t know what you’re taking about, and then proceed to condescend.

The correct response is, yep it’s unfortunate but know your cards are safe in the hands of CGC and will eventually be processed. They are experiencing huge delays right now and an unfathomable amount of packages. They’re doing their best and will eventually update you, though it’s looking like it may take longer than five weeks right now. Stay patient and good luck with your grades.

April 16th, directly from CGC:

We have a added an extra internal step that will confirm that we actually received the package, not just that it was delivered.

Providing accurate information is not "condescending".

CGC has not "Received" the package.

It's not "condescending" to provide accurate information.

That's a USPS feature.

You provided inaccurate information the entire time and condescend by acting like OP is a fool, for instance with your face palm emoji. OP had a legit question, you gave a bum answer, and then act like you were in the right. It’s not worth arguing with a fool, especially one who just edits his comments when he lacks a leg to stand on.

Unequivocally incorrect. See my prior response.

Foot, meet mouth.

Lol thank you for the useless response Mr. Angel. But when you click the question mark next to the feature it clearly states "Enter your package’s tracking number to confirm whether it has been delivered to CGC’s facility"

Clearly says delivered, not received, so not sure what you are going on about .

I'm literally giving you the answer as provided by CGC, so to call the answer "useless" is to call your question equally "useless". 2c
