Hi,

I have a Premium Membership. I filled out submission form yesterday and would like to ship the comics. How do I get a free shipping kit from CGC?

Hi, the free shipping kits are offered only to brand new paid members.  If you just signed up for your first membership then you will have received a welcome email with a coupon code in it to use for a free shipping kit.  You will need to go into the CCG store and create an order for the kit.  You will enter the coupon code at check out and that will remove the fees.  You can find the CCG store here: CCG Store (collectiblesgroup.com)

Will I still receive the free kit if I'm upgrading my membership from the free tier?  I've never been a paying member before.

Hi, you will receive a coupon code as long as it is your first paid membership with us.  If you upgrade from free to paid then you will still receive the email with the coupon code.
