Apologies if already covered..

This seems to maybe be some Aussie guy, but this bloke is selling dozens of 'Stan Lee' signed comics.

All 'guaranteed' by Excelsior.

Never heard of them - but even if this is real - why in the name of all that's holy would your 'proof' sticker be STUCK DIRECTLY ON THE COMIC???

Mind officially boggled that someone could be so dumb.

Seriously WTAF?

There's this from 2017 - but why so many books with an Australian seller?

This market is batshizzle crazy.....

If comics have taught me anything, it's that clone saga's never end well.

First spider man comic i ever bought.  I was used to the 60s cartoon reruns and was like WTF.

That's PSA/DNA Authentication. They do that with everything from balls to bats to photos. Although seems kind of funny to send them a comic.

This is insane

Stan Lee's end of life saga seemed to be pretty sad and to be honest I suspect elder abuse. I want a signed book from him but when I look through listings I get really sad when I see the ones that note a book was signed on Stan's 92nd or 93rd birthday. People are so greedy it makes me sick

The description for the book doesn’t make it any better.

“You are getting a great rare item where it has been signed by STAN LEE himself. As Stan cannot do anymore signings, and that he has passed away. RIP Stan ' The Man ' Lee.”

They’re using his death as a selling point. That sounds pretty scummy to me.

Not the PSA/DNA - although that is seriously screwed up...

Why would you put the sticker on the book - and who are 'Excelsior approved'?

This guy has about 50 of them - and some with DNA as well.

World's gone crazy
