Even though it should be a Green label, since a custom label was requested (Avengers in this case), the order went though to Labeling. They can only apply the graphics to Blue labels, so that's what they used. This problem was what got Dylan the Kid in trouble, a bunch of Spider-Man that should have been Restored got Blue labels due to the custom graphic. And he took full advantage. They do retire and shuffle labels in and out now and then. CGC could have applied the wrong label, too. Happens sometimes. I got Hulk labels on a couple of X-Men comics, sent them back for a redo.
