FF 46 little help

This book looks like a beaut. clean cover, sharp corners, off white pages

that still have that new page never read spring

 

 

only down side a 1/2 inch vertical tear on the back on the cover.

 

 

 

is it bad enough to knock it down a lot.

this is still a key book

My first bit of help with grading this one....It's #46 not #49

Pretty rough scans.

 

That tear really does you in on this one. Mike Marvel must have been practicing before moving up to telephone books.

 

Front is VF or better but overall with the tear I'd say 5.5.

Is there a bigger tear on the BC near the middle? If it is, 5.0/5.5. If it isn't, then 6.0.
