207,000 for a new build? Are you out past Queen Creek near Florence? or Apache Junction? It gotta be in the Boon Docks for that price. At least you work for Intel so the comute won't be that bad. I am in the process of selling 2 homes and buying another and I can't find anything decent close to the Metro area for less than 350,000.

Yeah, I'm in Maricopa. 20 min drive from Chandler. Phoenicians are spoiled. Where I'm from originally, a 20 min commute to work is nothing. But in Phoenix, it's considered out in the boondocks. I'll gladly drive 20 min to work, if it means buying a 4 bedroom home for $207k.
