Well I considered overnighting my preview copy, paying for Express, and upgrading to FedEx for the return shipment, all so that I could have a 9.8 by the time the book was released....

Damn! And here I ordered only one copy! Looks like another investing train left the station without me!

It probably wouldn't be worth the effort to pursue. If going thru CGC, you'd probably have to spend the time and effort buying 100 copies for a 9.8 pre-screen, because 9.6s will be pretty pedestrian. If you sell raw, there's still the time factor of listing, following auctions, and packing for mail-outs.
