Labeled Wrong

I sent some comics in May 2001 to get certified. When I received my comics back one comic was labeled wrong. I sent in Amazing Spider-Man #298. The CGC label reads Amazing Spider-Man 289. In the description field it reads "Ned Leeds revealed as Hobgoblin." It's no big deal, I was wondering how often this happens?

We will gladly fix, at our cost, most labels which are inaccurate due to an oversight on our part. We have a Quality Control department which checks the label and the encapsulation before the books are shipped, so it is a rare occurance that an error such as this gets shipped out.
