Sinister House of Secret Love 3 sold

I love this cover. The main flaw is lower right chip out of corner and a spine crease as top staple. A few of the interior pages has this chip as well. Back has "-1" penciled on it. The pages are cream to offwhite.

 

Price $15 Hard to find in nice shape.

I thought I had a better copy but this is what I found sooner. Anyway, its a strict reader copy at VG. Its complete and staples firmly attached.

I checked ebay on prices of this book and saw a vg sell at $67(little high if you ask me). I'm not going to price mine at that so how about $35.
