If it were 9.8 CGC that wouldnt surprise me.

 

I would love that but I'm not sure, the reason being that on the back cover at left of "Beat Bond at his own Game" there is some lack of black color (white spots)... I don't think it's from my fingers since I've read it once and that I put my comics flat on a table when I do so... 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

 

In my mind this #300 is minimally a 9.4 but most probably a 9.6.

I have looked at scans of CGC 9.6 and 9.8 copies of ASM 300 on Heritage and these white spots seem common...well maybe I should submit this one for grading 893scratchchin-thumb.gif893scratchchin-thumb.gif893scratchchin-thumb.gif

 

If nobody pulls the trigger on that lot, it's probably what I'll do...
