Seek Uncanny Xmen #12 in 6-7.0 condition

Hi,

 

I am looking for an Xmen 12 featuring the first appearance of Juggernaut.

This stems from a thread sometime ago where we were to post books from the year and month of our Birthdays, and this one is from mine which is July 1965. The fact that it also happens to be issue 12 ( July 12 is my birthdate ) made me desire to own this book.

Anyways, I am hoping someone out there has what I am looking for.
