I'm totally fine with lowering the BIN (even if I lost money) just to get things going. I paid less than a nickel a book for each of those books that were up today. Other books I will be less willing to deal on because I paid more or whatever.

 

I want to set a tone though of making good deals for people and trying to satisfy customers...
