For a while I was getting emails for CGC stating when they were shipping back my submissions. When did that stop...and why?

Not that I need the email, since I email Gemma every couple weeks for a status grin.gif

The system that sent the automatic e-mails at the time of shipment is not functioning at this time. We hope to reinstate that service soon. In the meantime you can call the toll free number (1-877-662-6642) with the invoice number or e-mail me for an update on the status of your submission.

We have re-instated our delivery e-mails, but to receive them you must have your current e-mail address on file with us. If you had the correct e-mail on your last submission, that will not be enough, we will need you to contact us to let us know if your e-mail has changed.
