Thought I'd start this poll as a BASELINE since the bellcurve on the other collecting polls [GA, SA, BA] seem to indicate that most of the members here are in their mid-thirties. That would of course skew the results of the other polls (i.e. if most of the collectors here are in their mid-thirties then there would be little chance that they wouldn't make up a large percentage of any poll).

You know, it could be that collectors younger than 30 and older than 35 don't like to do polls too. grin.gif

Do you think that in 30 years time the main pole will be above 60 and none in the earlier ones?

Seem to thin that the majority in 30+ still remember the GOOD ones!

It would appear that my hypothesis was indeed correct. The majority of collectors voting in these polls are in their 30's. Hence, they make up a large proportion of the polls.

[With the exception of GA collectors where they only account for 36% and older groups take up the slack indicating that GA collecting is indeed for the more mature collector.]

That is only because the "more mature collector" has more money. tonofbricks.gif

February 23-24: Warren, MI at the Macomb Community College!
This is a GREAT show that I have attended for years.  It is a top 3 show in the state of Michigan and while certainly not as big as Motor City, it has more of an "old school" feel with a higher percentage of Comic Vendors.  This will be my first time selling at it, and I know @catrick339 and @Nick's Comics will both also be setup there too.  I have done a lot of business with both guys over the years so please check out their booths as well, great books, great prices, and slightly above average Hawaiian shirts (catrick only).
Jim Steranko, Arvell Jones, Keith Pollard and many more comic book and pop culture creators and celebrities will be in attendance.
@Rich_Henn will be onsite as well for signatures.
There are deals to be had at this show, hope some boardies can attend.
