"Marvel Comics" on HSN

Anyone else catch the comics show on HSN tonight?

$70 for a CGC 9.6 Wolverine #25? foreheadslap.gif

Most of their comics aren't even signed by people involved with that particular book. I don't understand this at all and I am ashamed.

I remember seeing comics on HSN tens years ago. I was just a little kid, but I recall seeing signed editions of the X-Cutioner's song tie-ins that they were asking $30 for screwy.gif

I think HSN is like crack to some people. It is the time crunch factor that people fall for. Sorta like the last 3 min of an ebay auction over and over and over. Did anyone see the $5 modern comics that were signed by Stan Lee for $200 each!!!. Those wouldn't sell at a show or on ebay. That is a purely HSN reaction. It is kind of scary how many people fall for that stuff. The afore mentioned books sold out in 10mins.
