Huge congrats Sharon, that is indeed a tough book, even the Larson didnt hold up well over time.

In any event, that's a great looking 5.0 (I'd take it!).

Thanks, Kris:)

It's amazing how a book can be technically something and yet look better in a lower grade. I should do cell phone pictures of these, because the colors are not popping with the old slab scanner...but the 1.8 looks nicer than the 5.5, and the tiny bit of color touch and glue, make it probably less hot to some people, than the split spine. I love them both anyway, I'm just rambling;)

Last one for a while;) I knew this would be a 1.0, it's missing a coupon on the back, but I love the cover, and I wanted to keep it from falling apart.

Presents well, nice pages, tough book!! What's not to like ?? Great stuff Sha!!

+1

Wonderful pickup as these later issues of both Mystery Men and Wonderworld seems to be picking up quite a bit of heat lately.  (thumbsu

I also think it's particularly astute to go after the ones that do not have a Church copy or another pedigree like the Larson for that particular issue.  Even more so if it happens to be the current highest graded copy, but still at a reasonable price because it's not in uber HG condition.  hm

Thanks, I didn't exactly pick these up recently, I have owned a lot of Fox books for at least the past 10 years. I just finally had about 10 % of my collection slabbed.  They aren't new;) just new to plastic homes;)
