I'm not one to disparage other peoples art, but this comment sums up my thoughts perfectly.

 

There is one particular collector whose comments always drive me up the wall. Yes, he does have a great collection. Yes, he has been in the hobby forever. But does every comment have to include: I passed on this one a few times, but it's great to see it your collection, or some other left handed compliment?

Actually I don't think he's got a great collection - all modern stuff, not my thing. Obviously his though.

Don't mistake what I meant. I was referring to a different collector. There is a fella that likes to comment on CAF, does it quite often, but many times the compliments are blurred with negativity.

 

Sometimes it's just better to not say anything.

some of them didn't really bother me TOO much...but that Darkchylde one was definitely obnoxious.

Oh I've been around CAF to know exactly who you meant. And like I said, not such a great collection (past or present)...to me. And yeah, he takes the bragging to a new place (low?!)
