Really nice books there, Steve - not just great structure but great color preservation from the looks of it, too.

 

For the TTA89 I'd guess 9.2 (assuming a flawless BC). Has minor rounding of LLFC, a bit of color break near the ULFC, and a little roughness to the bottom edge. Spine and right edge look great.

 

For the TOS64, I'd guess 9.0 with a good shot at 9.2. Looks like it has one or two very tiny spine stresses, and a bit more roughness to the top edges front and back. Colors are exceptional.

I'm tempted to issue you the "Guy Who Always Has Nicer Books Than I Do"DEMERIT(Usually a drop of one half of a grade).But it is a holiday so what the heck.

9.0 & 9.2 and a 10.0 for the awesome color retention

Yes on both books. They were both overgraded in my opinion BUT I loved the brightness of the color.

Both look 9.0, but the TOS could be a 9.2 depending on what that crud is on the back cover.

The TTA was NM and the TOS was NM/NM+
