Are we still having problems with Ultimate Spidey 40 in 9.8

Couldn't find the thread so I just thought I would check with everyone: is everyone still having problems finding ultimate spidey 40 in cgc 9.8? I know that there is a seller on ebay with some but he seems to be the only seller with that issue in that grade so far. Has anyone sent theirs in for grading?

I didn't even send mine in... Out of over 150 copies, less than a dozen were even 9.6 candidates...

 

Issue 42, on the other hand, I had around 65 copies that had a decent shot at 9.8... I'll probably submit ten or so, but my customers even commented that the books were in better shape...
