I wouldn’t say I’m obsessed with them lol (white pages yes, 5.0s no) but thanks for thinking of me (thumbsu.  I really just enjoyed the challenge of putting together a linear key run between AF15 and ASM20.  After that my ASM keys are all white pages in ascending grades between issues 25-361.  Nevertheless, there are worse things to be synonymous with, so :takeit:

But here are a couple of pics anyway inspired by the ASM50 above:

Picked this one up raw off of Metropolis/ComicConnect back in 2015. I didn't know it at the time, but the first four interior pages are "Siamese Pages".

Pages weren't trimmed all the way, could have been a dull slitter blade.

Thanks!  Yes you’re correct, many of the books were reholdered.

Altogether it took approximately two years to put together.  Required consolidating my collection completely and alot of focus/discipline as far as spending. I may decide to still fill in the gaps I have between AF15 and ASM 20 but at least I feel like I procured all of the main keys.  I have all of my books posted here:

I absolutely love the whiteness of your SS 50.

I love your collection because it's an example of what I had when I was very young.

By the mid 80s, my run was #3 to the mid 200s. I kept that run going until over #400.

I would bet that my early books averaged 5.5 to 6.5.

What killed my desire to finish, was in the early 80s I brought what I had to Moondog while he was in Mt Prospect.

He broke the bad news to me that my #3 was missing the pin up page, my #5 had been cleaned, and my #9 was trimmed.

That instant education on restoration, and my inability to trust that what I was buying was all I wanted them to be, kept me from ever really pursuing AF 15 and ASM 1 and 2 for many years.

Well, there were a couple of other things too. :insane:

I'm going to try to find the pictures that I had of #3 to #50.

So with no new books for the time being to diamond is back up and running. Has folks started working on filling gaps in there runs. If so what are some books folks are getting to fill runs.

I just picked up an ASM 32 & 33 (above) and a Vampirella 5 (different thread).

Anyone have a nice looking ASM 10 or 22 for sale?
