Its a gorgeous copy and as any copy with stamp dates it will underperform. 14 is a tricky issue IMHO , it's easy to overpay , and overgraded copies are everywhere

Spidey is my all time favorite to collect.  Bought my first spidey comic 40 years ago and at one time had issues 14-150.  Now working on an all Ditko spidey run.......  about 2/3's of the way there.....

Definitely!  121/122 were my first *big* comic purchases.  I think it was 1988?  I paid $20 for each which was a lot of money to me then!

Thanks to Ted from Superworld. So far my earliest ASM. I remember they adapted this story in the Spider-Man cartoon in the 60s. I was hooked.
