Popular Post jimjum12
I just hooked up with my friend from N.C. and it reminded me of this Avengers comic I got from him a year or so ago ... My first copy of this was off the rack ... Roy was writing and Big Jphn B. was doing the art... once again Roy mixes in some literary parallels, this time Robert Frost's "Fire and Ice." Thomas really took the Avengers seriously. Ironically. one of my other good collecting buddies quit the Avengers when this era began ... didn't like it. GOD BLESS... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) Edited February 17, 2021 by jimjum12 ThothAmon, JohnH19, KCOComics and 2 others

Popular Post Jasonmorris1000000
My main priority was to get the issues that had Jack Kirby interior art. Eventually I'd like to get all the Kirby covers. sassemble, The Man Without Beer, jimjum12 and 11 others
edpjr
Hello old Marvelite buddies! Something is bugging me about a 1960s comics story I remember but cannot resolve. In Tales to Astonish #74 the Leader dies after using the Watcher's all powerful machine. His dead body is seen again on the splash page of TTA #75. But I distinctly remember one panel from either Avengers, TTA or another Marvel comic around the same time also announcing he was dead and showing the Leader's corpse in his orbiting space lab. We all know the Leader was secretly revived and returned in IH #115. But this mystery cameo appearance of his corpse from 1965 seems to be unlocatable. I have most of the books from the 1965 Marvel period, but can't find it. Can any of you folks please help me out? Thanks!

Jasonmorris1000000
When I first read this issue I felt ripped off. The Hulk is in 2 panels (if I remember right) and he doesn’t even interact with the Avengers. The cover’s great though piper, *Bronze age fan*, speedcake and 1 other
