CGC Comics for sale!

84 posts in this topic

My name is Andrew (Shawn) Surmick and I live in PA. I have ben selling on eBay for about three years under the name electrogames. That is why I found it more than a little odd for someone to claim to have that exact same user name on eBay.

I have dealt with many buyers and sellers: PedigreeComics, Colmore Comics, and VintageCollectables among others. Chances are we have done business in the past, you just don't remember me!

Vault of Evil 1 is in storage. I will get it out and get you a scan or at least list it in my eBay store so you can see it. Just give me a few days on that and no, it is not the one on PedigreeComics.

That's actually a good thing. Thanks! headbang.gif

Actually I don't have my Dead of Night #1 listed for sale yet. It took me a long time to find out and I am not quite sure if I want to part with it. I am sorry to disappoint anyone!

I just listed a Defenders #1 CGC 9.4 in my ebay store! Frankly, I am surprised no one has inquired about the Tales of Zombie #1 CGC 9.2 I have listed. I always thought that was a hard magazine to locate in fairly high grade!

Not collecting horror mags....yet. poke2.gif

It's all about karma Shawn Surmick. You screwed me on some cheapie books making me wait close to 3 months before letting me know that you were not going to pay. Of course I would have never received any of this information if I didn't call you. It's truly sad that you would have to lie to a person that you have done business with many times.

Just how many shills have you had?

Shawn, either you need to be more careful with your identity or you've posted on this board before yeahok.gif

I am not comicworm, as a matter a fact I'm still sifting through all his posts right now as we speak. As stated before, only one person can hold the same user name on eBay and I have had it for about three years now. I wonder if comicworm and vintage comics are the same person? Now I will read his posts as well, but I assure you my name is Andrew (Shawn) Surmick. Anyone I have done business with can verify that as well! I do go by the name of Shawn more than Andrew, that is why most people who get things in the mail from me know me as S. Surmick. It seems to me that someone is playing a cruel game on me! I will look further into this, but I assure you that I Andrew Shawn Surmick, has never posted here before! This is very interesting.....

One other interesting note is that I have a DBA (doing business as) filed in the name of Electrogames in the state of PA. That means that no one else in that state can use that name for the purposes of doing business. It was filed about three years ago when I first started to sell on eBay under the name electrogames.

Vintagecomics is no longer active on eBay. Has anyone ever dealt with him or know if he is still selling? As for comicworm, he does not appear to be active on ebay, at least not under the name of comicworm, and he sure can't be active under the name electrogames. If anyone has any info, please let me know!

I'd strongly encourage you to leave before the hole you're digging gets any deeper Shawn.
