All three of these are tougher to find in high grade than hen's teeth. National Velvet is the presumed Missing Four Color # 1358. I've been looking high and low for this and prior to this copy had been able to find no better than about a VF. The Vigilantes is the Mile High Copy and 478 is another of the near impossible to find high grade Charlie McCarthy books. Too many question marks. The dual US/UK printed pricing is common enough for Dell UK price variants. On this copy the third 6d price is a separately attached triangle of paper the like of which I've not seen on any other comic.
