What is this?

I just got a submission back and there is what looks like paper sticking out of my book. I know I didn't put it there so I can't figure out how it got there and, further, how I get rid of it.

We place a piece of microchamber paper between the front and back cover of every book we encapsulate in order to absorb any toxicity encapsulated with or created by the comic. That is the white sheet that you may notice in some graded books, since it is not attached in any way it can occasionally slide out of place. If you would like to send it in for a New Holder service we will gladly replace it for you.
