I loved 112 because it was one of my first early SA purchases back when I began collecting in the 70's. I remember having to settle for 112 because I couldn't afford the 107 at the paperback book exchange store. (No comic shops in those days) 112 was about 3-5 dollars where as 107 was $15 as I recall. But I loved my 112! It gave me my first glimpse into the early Silver Age!

That is a very nice copy. Yeah pre 1962 is very hard to find in grade. I saw the shootout on 114 (at around 9.4) a few months ago and was a little stunned. They are so rare they only publicly trade very infrequently. Thank you for sharing. I remember at ECCC last year quite a few Flash books on the wall but about the rarest one was a 114 in around 4.0-4.5. (I did get a great 129 at around 8.5 so was very happy, but stuff under 114, VERY RARE in grade.

That's awesome!!! Love that sketch too. You are a Fortunate Flash Fan indeed! 235 is one of the few issues I have doubles of. I bought it when it first came out.

My run update... with my 123, a #115 on the way and rechecking the old list, I am down to just 72 issues to complete the 105-350 run. (: Here's a scan of page one of the 'old list', its been in my back pocket for 4 conventions and countless trips to comic shops in at least 4 different cities over the last 5 years. Finding it hard to believe I was finally able to check that 123 box!
