I got this great book from @AustinReece_GRRC. It is always a pleasure to deal with the Reece brothers. The Trickster is my favorite Flash rogue. Also, this book goes well with my Joe Giella cover recreation.

Well, here it is Flash Fans, the last issue I needed to complete my run came in today! It is so amazing to have finally done it. After 3 attempts over 40+ years, I now have the complete run from 1959-1985. It’s safe to say when I sold off the second incomplete collection in late 1999 early 2000, that I felt like it was probably never going to happen to me. I stopped collecting altogether for many years. I want to say sometime in 2013-2014 I slowly began to get back into it buying a few issues here and there and then I joined the boards here and it really began to come together. Without your help I'd likely be years away! Special thanks to my Flash mentor @Terry E. Gibbs. You always encouraged me and gave me sound advice. Thanks to @Jaylam who helped me get all those missing issues from the 80’s. Thanks to @JohnH19 for finding those keys for me in just the right (affordable) condition. Thanks to @Frisco Larson for giving me that deal on the 139. Thanks to @electricprune for digging through bins in Michigan for me and coming up with several bronze issues I needed. And a very special thanks to @frozentundraguy, who was always encouraging me, keeping a sharp eye out for me online, in places I’d never thought to look before. He’s the one who found this 117 on ComicConnect for me, among others. He also helped me create the “Guess the Last Issue” contest last summer and it was so much fun, not to mention a great motivator! As I’ve said before, for most of my life, I was always the only Flash collector I ever knew of, then I joined the forum here and found the greatest Flash fans in the world, I’m very grateful to have met you all. Thanks so much for making me feel like a very Fortunate Flash Fan indeed!

Congratulations on completing the run. That's a huge challenge just finding the issues you need at the right grade.

Cleaning out the closets and found one of two i got for my children.I had taken both to SDCC back when tickets were easy to get.I got Carmine to sign both of them at the time but i see only one survived .This is the story that changed the past with the future for me with DC heroes.I have great memories of my children enjoying and meeting with some of the great artists

Ummm .. wow !! Amazing thanks for sharing. Love the T-Shirt design too, and 123 is an extraordinary comic and at the time even though Marvel was rolling out won the Alley award that year

I still remember the few times over the years I would visit with Carmine at his table in SD and he would have no one waiting. He was gracious and accommodating to sketch requests.

I would have LOVED to have met him! So glad you got to meet him there for those of us that couldn't. Where you there the year John Broome was honored in SD? I always wondered if maybe that year they had a booth together? Now that would have been truly amazing!!!

In the X-men top 3 thread there was a comment a few days ago about the TV show driving the price of SC4. So, even though we're in the Silver forum, I found this tonight...

This is a great little comic! And it is Barry so it fits. Ironically when this TV show aired Flash had been dead in the comics for 5 years. Kinda made me think, hey why did you kill him off in the first place!!?? There were several fun references to our Silver Age heroes in the TV show. My favorite is that they named the fancy hotel in Central City 'The Hotel Infantino'.  This reference appeared in 2 episodes I believe.

 Nice book. You cannot go wrong with either of the brothers Austin and Alex, or their father Greg Reece. They will wheel and deal with you for sure.
