Grading Cross-Over Service

Does CGC offer grading cross-over services? For instance, if I have a comic in a PGX holder, can I send it in to get it removed from the case and graded by CGC? I know that the baseball card grading companies offer crossovers (like from BGS to PSA, PSA to SGC, etc). If you do offer the service, what is the price?

We do not offer a cross-over service, but if you wish to send a PGX book for grading by CGC we ask that you include a letter giving us permission to remove the book from the case for grading purposes and that you include a statement saying that you understand that the grade may change.
