I had never seen it before too. The shocker was I bought it from Mile High Comics in Denver! $45. Don't know if that is a good price but given Chuck's philosophy on rarity and price I am surprised he didn't have it priced at a few hundred dollars. :) They also had knock dead beautiful copies of All Select Comics #11 and Daring Comics #12. $6,000 apiece. Somewhere between FN/VF and VF+.
