Moved in to a larger house a few months ago. Got a larger home office and had lots of time to plan what I wanted it to look like. Here's one corner of the room. I tried to make the room as changeable as possible. Slab displays at the top, poster flipper for sketches, shelves for raw books, and a couple of options for action figures. If I ever have the time and motivation, I can easily swap things out.

Wow that's an awesome display, the Herb Trimpe sketch looks cool.

Whoah!  Forest Fire in 9.8 - neato!

I just finally found a copy of Raging Flood.  It had been on my eBay watch list for about 10 years, and copy finally showed up yesterday.

My wife went on the basket kick, and cleaned Goodwill out of all theirs.  They are everywhere in the house.  Thank god she hasn't thought of that in relation to my comics....., yet.

Sheldon has been going to the comic store every Wednesday since he was a boy and he only has those three baskets.

On second thought, she would need to troll about 50 Goodwill stores to collect enough to retrofit the old comic collection....,  hm

Hey everyone, Just joined the CGC forums recently and found this board and thought Id show my current display. Been moving stuff around a lot but finally have everything where I want, and the pinball machine just brings everything alive.58e92523343b2_unnamed(3).jpg.0a7354bf53906deb536d0087ca0be36a.jpg58e92532eef95_unnamed(4).jpg.5a651028194ebf0bb93880c1208984b5.jpg

Display some of my original art and autographs in my cabinets as well as beside my spiderman pinball machine. As you can probably tell, Im a BIG spiderman fan, other than orignal art, I only collect spiderman collectibles. The other side of the room is my mailing desk and a shelf where I display posters, autographs, as well as my CGC comic collection, might post a pic of that soon. Let me know what suggestions you have!

While not exactly a whole room, I do have two shelves in my office dedicated to displaying comics.  i collect the Superman family of titles, so I usually find a theme and swap it out every couple of weeks or so.

This week's theme in the spoiler below, in case you want to play along at home and guess what it is.

Spoiler

Superman's secret identity exposed, with the capper being the issue where Lois actually does find out...for real, this time!

Special thanks to @skypinkblu for the Superboy #60 from her recent sales thread for the inspiration for this week's grouping!

Display4Sale or something like that. I watched their Facebook page for a holiday sale coupon.

Thanks for the tip srezvan! I ordered this display and installed it this weekend. Each panel is 14x20. The viewable area is 12.5x18.5. Perfect for standard modern comic art!

Does that cabinet setup you have fit your CGC books? Where did you find it? How many books does each drawer hold? I'd love to have someting like that with maybe two rows instead of three...

I'm glad that worked out - it looks like it was made for that spot. And I like the OverPower figure too.

I built it myself. It holds modern sized comics. There are a few companies that sell a similar product.

For your hanging art device, do you put your art in plastic sleeves or does the device itself come with some kind of outer protective shield?
