For most of my life it's been Marvel. Even as a kid, or maybe because I was a kid at the time, DC seemed to be aimed at kids....which I didn't like. Although, I do have to admit that my favorite character is Power Girl, who is of course a DC character.

modern books? DC and some smaller publishers, but absolutely no Marvel/Disney. wolverine in nearly every book turned me right off.

I only collect Marvel only up to c1985/86, and DC from late-silver to modern.
