A little help w/ Kit carson Sunday OA

A local antique shop has a few pieces of original strip art. The tarzan is not for sale, the Mutt & Jeff sunday is $1200, but there is a really attractive 1960 Kit Carson Sunday w/ great action, horses, indians & nice even, clean paper. Its a pretty reasonable price. I have never seen strip art like that for sale really, and don't know if its really over priced at $175. Anyone have any insight on this? Thanks!
