CGC Accepting Submissions at Card Party West in Seattle

CGC is thrilled to announce that the company will be accepting submissions of cards, comics, video games and home video at Card Party West, being held at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle, Washington, on October 3-5, 2025.

About Card Party

After the massive success of Card Party East in June, it’s time to go west, young collectors! This time we’re partying in Seattle, Washington, the home of some of the best card collecting enthusiasts around. Come enjoy visiting hundreds of vendors and artists, participate in interactive activities and, of course, find thousands of TCGs, sports cards and non-sports cards to buy, sell and trade! Also, don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet the hobby’s most prominent YouTube stars and other influencers, including Pat Flynn (DeepPocketMonster), Alex Ketchem, Danireon and more.

Preparing submissions for the show

CGC is accepting submissions of sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comics, magazines, video games and home video collectibles for grading. To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for cards, comics, video games or home video.
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
   
   Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
   
   
5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.

Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
