The Walking Dead Custom Labels

Next to Carl finding a Twinkie in issue #69, this may be the happiest moment in The Walking Dead’s comic universe!

The dream team of CGC and Skybound entertainment are releasing their first-ever, full-color, custom certification labels (see below)! The groundbreaking new labels carry iconic TWD imagery, such as barbed wire, blood splatters, and Lucille herself, through the back, top labels and grade box. The character-driven designs star Rick, Michonne, Negan, and one hungry Walker. Conceived, of course, with both the collector and true fan in mind, the labels will maintain CGC’s label Universal (blue) & Signature (yellow) colors for a uniform look.

“Fourteen years after we released our first issue of The Walking Dead, it’s great to see that fans have this way to enhance their CGC collections,” said TWD creator Robert Kirkman. “We love the way this turned out and think collectors will too.”

The cost is an additional $5.00 per book over the regular CGC grading tier, and can also be selected with reholder services. An exclusive Lucille label will also be available only with on-site grading or for books submitted to Robert Kirkman signings.
