My Captain America (2005) registry set - nearly 100% complete!

My registry set isn't exactly 100% complete, but it's 97%, and way ahead of anyone else who also has a set registered in the same category.

The journey has been long and tedious, but as of today, I have nearly completed my hunt for NM+/M copies of this outstanding modern series, arguably one of the best comics that's been released on a monthly basis since it started in 2005.

At 97% complete, I actually own numerous books that are currently 1-of-a-kind books on the census. Being a member of the CGC forums, I've been able to request updates for the set and specific books to be added to the set (such as the German variant to Captain America #25!). I've also been fortunate enough to get my a large portion of my reading copies to the series signed by various members of the creative team who have worked on the book from issue #1 onward, and have included scans with pictures of my graded books.

I am also extremely fortunate to have the most recent Cap issues graded and in my possession, all the way up to issue #36 (the current registry only goes up to issue #35), and in addition to that, every issue (save for 1 variant) from #22 onward through to #35 is graded under the Signature Series label.

I am very pleased and proud of my Cap registry set, and I absolutely love the series. Every single issue has been oustanding, and it's almost impossible to believe it, but every issue has somehow been better than the last. I love Ed Brubakers knods to Cap's history and continuity and just how everything falls into place in the series.

If you dont read modern comic books, this is one of those classics in the making, and I highy suggest you get at least a couple issues or a tpb for the series. You won't regret it!

I hope if you're reading this entry that you take some time to check out my registry set.
