Who cares if you sent the check? It didn`t arrive, and still hasn`t arrived. What`s the difference between a check that`s mailed and never arrives, and a check that is never sent in the first place? From the recipient`s view, there is no difference. If you DID mail it, then good for you, but since it hasn`t reached Andy yet, then whatever the reason is, you should send him a new check and cancel the first one. Wow, get defensive much? Are you reading the same PMs as the rest of us? Andy`s PMs are totally innocuous. There is no nasty or suspicious tone at all. The phrase that comes to mind immediately is "Thou doth protesteth too much." Maybe it`s just your guilty conscience? You make me laugh. Right, I have nothing better to do then stiff someone for $80.00. Take it as you will, My point is valid, as I'm sure his is. At this point in time, I will await to hear from the rest of the board members to find out my outcome. I will respectfully honor their decision. My decision is to break the deal. Well, the problem with this is that, as soon as he gets the books he returns them. Sounds to me like the deal between the two parties has gone south - why prolong it? Don't mean to jump in on a thread but your not talking about any of my transactions. I never returned anyone's books. Nor do I want to give that impression from what you just said.. (thumbs u

Don't assume everyone gives excuses.. Perfect example. When I first came aboard, I made a small purchase with a dealer on here. He insisted he never got my check, but I mailed it. We went back & forth for 2-3 weeks, finally he realized his wife cashed it awhile ago. He never assumed anything, or thought I made an excuse up. I'm sorry if you got burnt in the past, but I play straight. My point is I felt a certain way when you started sending PMs. Just like the way your tone is here. Look at what your are saying, your saying I never sent a payment basically.. I really don't feel like I should be banned for this, but I will leave this up to the guys on the board. For the amount of time I have been here, I have been honest, and have paid. Oh by the way here is an excuse.. Ah, I can't pay cause like my roof blew off my house, and like my comics will get wet when it rains. So can you hold them for 3 months while I have my roof fixed? Don't think I ever said that to you. Excuses, I think your being alittle unfair. The check was sent. I don't need to make excuses, so let me make that crystal clear to you. At this point, I don't really care what conclusion you've come to. I'm not a one hit wonder on this board just because I don't have a big post count yet. I've communicated with everyone on here, and have paid for all goods. Anyone who has worked with me on here, can tell you that. It was sent, the postal system lost it. You feel otherwise, so that's fine. You have your opinion, and I have mine, thats the beauty of this country we live in. Thanks.. But to me he didn't seem convinced, and it kind of set the tone when he asked for paypal. I would have gladly sent off another one, but he went in another direction, and I went in another as well.

Let's be honest Andy, I answered every pm except the last one. When the check didn't arrive within the first few days, you told me you needed me to paypal because of your school. That wasn't cool with me, nor what I agreed to. I also said we should just can the deal at that point.. I've paid and communicated with everyone on here, and never screwed anyone on this board. Both large and small piles have been paid for. Ask Comicgrinder about "lost" checks. He can tell you a funny story. I do alot of business on here, and I think things could been done in a different fashion. thanks.. ~Sixx
