I don’t think they dumped half of their inventory but a game that simply sucked. At least that is what I remember. -
Beware…Fake high value CGC books in Pacific Northwest

Great, but if the case was never sealed then no cracking ist open is needed and we are back to square one. -

To laser a serial number takes maybe 3 seconds, we do it at work all the time on hundred of thousands of items. -

Why does CGC or similar not engrave / laser the plastic holder with the serial number or other identification so that the plastic case can’t get misused for other books? OK it would still allow to take the graded book out and put a copy or similar of that book in the case, but at least it would not allow a graded 25 USD book to be used to fake a high grade rare book. Seems at least to be an easy fix / introduction for CGC. -
Thanks for the tip. I am a Comic Art guy so I didn’t even know there is such site. Will definitely check it out.

Hi I am looking for this particular Batman Statue by Thiago Provin. I think it was sold as a kit, meaning a raw statue which you have to paint yourself. Any help to locate one is much appreciated.

Spider-Verse Cover by Tyler Kirkham paying tribute to McSpidey 300 cover - hope you like it: https://www.comicartfans.com/galleryPiece.asp?Piece=1870167&GSub=0&GCat=3018&UCat=3018 And just in case someone is interested in my cover, price tag is 4.8 million dollar, slightly below the asking of the original McSpidey cover.

Howdy, here is a midweek update - clock is ticking. I am a bit in a Batman mood, inspired by this great exhibit that I saw in Germany and that exhibit only goes for the reminder of the week. All the details are in my link. Here is a great DK III Cover by Scott Williams. To me this is the perfect DK Cover image. Hope you like it as much as I do. https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1851344

To me it’s not just the pricing, but the undisclosed alterations they undoubtedly do to a lot of the pieces is an absolute no go!!

Howdy, I am so super happy to have the cover that was used for the comic book that was produced for this exhibition. The art is by Uwe Reber and the details are mindblowing. https://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=1841088
