I always like the books I dont have the best and thats not too tough with these Hot Rod titles, I think I only turned up about 15 books in 50 years

I think being in the US, he may have been better auctioning it rather than BIN, he would sell it at a nice price for sure

Yeah, I am not sure, if he did mean that, he wrote it as a double bluff so it seems a lot rarer than it is.

Nah, this book keeps cropping up all the time, I am in the market for a copy to go with my original in my sig line.

I maybe bid on 1 every couple of months, the last one went really high at £211 see scan below, my budget was £100 and I had doubled that as missed out on a few just over the 50-60 quid mark.

A year or so ago I should have grabbed a copy, the cover is a classic and the original is real pricey now, so this may be the only way to own it now but his pricing is delusional.

I was thinking he meant this was the only slabbed copy but the census shows 6 blue and 1 resto

I have never seen a copy of it.

3/6 must have been a lot to pay at the time I guess even for 160 pages

Yep, love it, tough book in any grade, I been looking for an upgrade for years with no joy.

Glad to see you have it in hand as I saw there was a moment of worry.

Comics is the theme for me, if they are comics, I collect them

Seems like a crazy price already for what is there in book terms, I suppose they still missed a trick as if they could have got a deal with CGC to slab them "from the collection of Freddie Mercury" then who knows 

I am not one for sending books to CGC as I prefer raw but I did once just for the experience.

I asked someone about shop stickers and they said to leave them on as CGC would ignore them anyway, they got hammered, CGC really hated my stickers

I guess I should have asked more than one person
