I would grade the book at NM to NM+ as the bindery tears are minimal and even though it looks like it in the scan, the minor crease near the bottom left corner on the front does not break color. It may benefit from a press to smooth that out if you're into that sort of thing. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional pictures and I'll see what I can do. I'm looking at a puppy so it's time to move this one on to a good home. Thanks!
