    mountain biking and pungk rock!
  1. even with the others i'd return that book. i've purchased from that seller before and found that he was professional on return issues.
  2. I picked up the PS12 last night. the 10's been on my drool list forever, and i'd have bid stupid on it if i'd paid attention to the next bid increment. that kind of $$ though it's gotta be serpi or redf1. only a few of us drunk enough, i guess BTW, to catch y'all up on a topic from 83 pages back or so - that raw witching hour 38 i bought on feebay from ssaenz at 152.50 came back 9.4 white. now i can finally uncross my fingers
  3. Hey Scott - is this the same fruitcake you and i have been talking about for months? if so, GOOD WORK MAN!
  4. Where is that for sale? Too bad about the centering, but still nice. Next ComicLink forcused auctions. The preview is up now. i'll just cross my eyes when i bid
  5. thanks guys! i'll post a scan when it lands...off now for the trailer park fave, tuna mac. don't know why they call it hamburger helper, tastes just fine by itself!
  6. yeah, he sent a friggin' giant scan so i felt confident in bidding hellishly over guide. by the time it gets here i'll have learned how to post scans to the boards and will put up a copy.
  7. yeah, nothing like a bidding gap going from 20 bucks to 150....good thing mine wasn't a thrill bid or i'd have crapped myself. besides, i didn't pick up a single book at the emerald city comiccon yesterday so what the hey
  8. that'd have been me....got outbid on greggy's slabbed copy at around 350 a year or so ago, then dragged my feet on a 9.4 listed on comiclink so i got a giant scan from the seller and thought it'd meet standard. now if only cgc agrees!
  9. it was yours? supposed to land 4/4. it's got a nice new home!
  10. I want to give a balanced approach to both raw and CGC books, as well as titles...so more than likely I'll start after I've inventoried and scanned all. I'll give everyone a week's notice...I'll update everyone at the end of the weekend. It's probably 200 books or so so it will take a while. I'll allow a tab and payments. Sterling
  11. that'd be me...i bought it as a placeholder and have listed it on comiclink so i can cough up funds for a more grail-like book, the CGC 9.6 showcase 64 another forumite's got up on ebay now. the HOM is listed at 550 but i would sell to a board member at my actual cost of 402.25, which includes the paypal fees that PCEI assessed on my purchase. not worried about making a profit on it....doesn't it always go that as soon as you spend your $$$ on a filler to get by that something of great interest gets listed! timing!
