  2. When the Star Wars craze began again I found out Star Wars Legacy #1 was worth quite a bit.  I searched every box I owned to no avail.  Twice.  Then I started to think.  Maybe I sold it.  Sure enough:

    https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/topic/196966-inconceivable-must-move-a-long-box-ca-modern/page/3/#comments

Scroll down past the probable 9.8 Legacy #1 and you can see I sold #1-7 for $7.00 back in 2010.

Flash forward to a couple of  weeks ago I tell my friend that I am sending in some books to CGC and he brings over Star Wars Legacy #1.  Not only had I forgotten I sold the book, I had forgotten I sold it to my friend.  For $1.00. And I have to submit it for him.

  4. I really think people buying MoS 17 really don't understand the difference between a cameo and a full appearance. Or the buyers are flipping and they are new into the hobby or they are just greedy dumb card collectors.

Or - and this may be a shocker for ya - they just want anything to do with the Death of Superman storyline, from lead-ins to actual full appearances.

    :o:o:o

    Not that many buyers.

All get you some iocane powder to fix that pic too.

    :hi:

    Dan

What language is that you are speaking?

Hmm you post the pic, but havent seen the movie. :tonofbricks:

    BINGO!

I think he was saying "I'll go get you some..."

    Yeah its early. doh!

You still should have got it.

  5. 1st episode: I faked liking it.

    2nd episode: I didn't like it.

3rd episode: I could see liking it.

4th episode: I actually liked it.

Despite the rocky start, I'm starting to enjoy it. The characters are settling in and the annoying establishing dialogue they were saddled with has subsided. The Scottish scientist has to go, hopefully in a violent way.

It's definitely starting to get a 'Firefly' feel with them hanging out constantly on the plane and making it their home. And that's ok.

I liked it too. I actually laughed when

Ward saw the "SEDUCE HIM" command and said "Help"

Did anyone notice Steranko (and Millar) in the special thanks credits? How are they involved in the show?

  6. Perlman, E. Wood and S. Glau are no where close to being big celeberties.

If the three of them made a movie together it would most likely go straight to video.

Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus weren't big celebs before Walking Dead. I remembered they blocked an aisle at Comic con so they could cross and I recognized no one. I wish that I could see them across a blocked aisle now.
