I don’t remember it being that long ago. A couple of years ( less) ? PPP were tight abd then Bats 1 pulled away. Personally , book wise I don’t think it should be a contest (Cap 1) and fiscally it doesn’t appear to be close at this point ( Bats 1)

Cap 1 for me. Top timely and first appearance of Cap, Winter Soldier, Red Skull, punching Hitler cover, and tons of Cap content does it for me. The Joker is huge but heroes trump villains in my book

At least a trim is all the same book. I have owned qualified and trimmed and have issues with both.

Tough one. Trimming to me isn’t restoration — more like destruction. I always thought it should be blue label but downgraded for that.

I would disagree. Cap had his own cartoon in the 60’s ( with a kickass theme song ) and I. The 70’s when Aquaman was a name via The Superfreubds Cap was still riding high and I’d venture to say merchandising was equal. Then once 1990 rolled around Cap had his own prime time live action show. No comparison in my opinion. Cap 1 is the bigger book and imo arguably Possibly the greatest Marvel book

I have no idea but this is the Chance to get a nice looking Bats 1 when many would not have the chance. Entry level mega grails are the bomb !!!

I think on megs grails you’ll find people paying 1.0 prices on nice looking 0.5 ‘s because of the opportunity to buy one is so rare
