even the lady I talked to when I found out my grade from CGC was like... "Oh my...thats a Campbell variant also...congrats !!!"... and that was before all the madness...

when I sort through my list of books I would consider selling... my Wolvie Deadpool #1 is not even in there... its almost like I don't own one... honestly... I want to upgrade my IH181... I wouldn't even consider selling it even if it meant getting a ultra high grade... so in my case.... Wolves/Deadpool>Hulk 181 theres no comparison... When I got it signed... they where like "hold your breath"... the people who signed it knew what they where signing... great memory...

or... he totally forgot he had them... decided to cash in...

looks like the seller has 3 raw copies... wow... I'm guessing he never had them graded because of condition...

and none of these guys are part of the club...

I attribute it to the low print run... rabid ASM collectors... Venom/MJ lovers...

The last Wolverine 1 Deadpool 9.6 went for $1900. But that was a few months ago. There are also still about 40 more copies of it in 9.6/9.8 holders than the ASM 678. Let's see how many (or how few) copies these prices flush out in the months ahead and how many publicly change hands. As of now there are still very few GPA reported sales. -J. didn't that 9.8 SS Wolvie Deadpool sell recently

I think its pretty well established; this ultra rare book that could only be acquired by destroying a list of other books is $$$$$

I think about the 3rd claw as well... I remember when it was 300 graded 9.8... since then Ive had tons of opportunities to throw down money on one... but I don't think Daken has made that much of an impact... however when a MJ 678 pops up... lets say nobody around to bid on it... I'll be there in an instant... and theres a handful of people like me waiting....

theres only 11.... maybe 10k... heheh I drove 2 hrs to Buena Park to get mine... :: Once the census has been updated for Emerald City, that number is going to double. Anyone that wants to give me 10k for mine, i will fly it to you in person and do interpretive dance on your lawn for 10 minutes, tutor your kids in math, give your wife a backrub and wash your golf clubs before I jump back on a plane. the way books have been selling nowadays might as well price for the the future... if it jumps to 23... I'll have to dump it... i like to keep my books relationship numbers low... who wants to keep a Amber Rose post Kanye anyway...

Well a big congratulations goes out to you for setting the new benchmark. Hooray for this guy. As a 2x 9.8 owner I thank you. Haha I think a lot of factors come into play... how it is listed... Sellers feedback... etc... sometimes my stuff sells less then what the market is selling mostly I think bc the way I present my listings... Im lazy in that sense.. I know how you feel. I'm super lazy with my listings. I sold a book for 3500 the following week one sold for 4100 kinda stung a little. how about when I sold my SW 1 9.8 for 1100 the next week it was in the 1800s recently 2k... thats a lot of possible Cerebus money down the drain
