Just in time for the holidaze a wonderful L>B> Cole Christmas cover! I've said it before, he did the best funny animal covers and this is no exception!

A nice, flat, glossy, bright complete copy. Has some all over light bends and wrinkles. No major creases and nothing that breaks color and mars this cool cover. Back cover has a very tiny upper dust shadow and a tiny lower left crease. Book and centerfold bound tight to covers. Slightly yellowed interior pages.

  3. Tomahawk #8 Nov-Dec 1951 DC Publications

Great series from the Revolutionary War era. One of the few westerns I really like and collect. Just great stories!

Book is slightly skewed. Top staple has some rust that migrates to center of book. Very moisture was once on this book. Light wear at bottom. Book and centerfold still bound well to covers. White pages. No musty smell. Very cool book.

    Was $35.   Now  $30.

  5. SOLD!

    Uncle Scrooge FC #386 (#1) and FC #456 (#2) 1952 Dell Publishers

Here is a rare treat for Scrooge and Barks fans. Both first two issues as a lot. FC #456 is the definitive origin of Scrooge and really sets up the character. Both are great reads.

These have problems... FC #386 was severly trimmed years ago some Bozo. It is trimmed all the way to the edge of the interior panels. Art is un-affected but what a bummer...FC #456 is a lot better a solid good with no trimming.

    Was Grab a reader's bargain for $100.

Now $85. Beat or not, this is a steal!

So far, this is as close as I can come to finding a turkey on the cover of an EC...although, I'm not really sure what the heck is supposed to be going on here on this cover :D
