    PLEASE correct me if I am wrong. If the card gets bumped you pay the upgrade fee. Do you also pay a separate shipping and $5 handling fee as well (for the bumped card/tier), unless you have cards in that category already (bulk to standard)?

    When the cons begin again, will we be able to submit cards, as well as/along with comics, at the show? Saves me one way shipping. When a show offers onsite grading for books, will there be onsite grading for cards? Not having seen a submission form yet, does CGC apply the dealer discount rate for cards? Thanks!
