    I wanna CGC it mostly for display and preservation. I paid $150 for it, and I got it pressed and cleaned. The pic I posted is before pressing and cleaning, but my guy wasn’t able to remove the pen. If it comes back 1.0 I’m happy.

    Hi all. I just sent this Avengers 4 in to CGC, and as you can see, some kid went to town with the ball point pen. Does this count as restoration? I’m unsure because the pen doesn’t touch up a spot that lost ink, but rather fill in previously uncolored areas. Any help is appreciated Thanks!!
